This recipe serves up to 6 persons and preparation time is 1 hour 30 minutes.




  • 5 lbs butter
  • Minced garlic
  • 2 lemons
  • Organo
  • Teriyaki Sauce
  • 1 whole chicken
  • 3 lbs potatoes
  • 3 carrots
  • 2 cup rice
  • 4  peaches
  • Balsamic Vinegar
  • Parsley
  • Black Pepper
  • Kg Strawberries
  • 1 Kg Oranges
  • Crushed chilli
  • Salt





  1. Prepare the butter mixture by adding minced garlic, teriyaki sauce, balsamic vinegar, parsley, Black pepper, crushed chilli and oregano. Sprinkle salt on fruits and vegetables.
  2. Stuff whole chicken with strawberry, orange slices, lemon, carrot and parsley .
  3. Coat stuffed chicken with butter mixture completely and put it in the fridge for 20 minutes.
  4. Spread instant rice on the tray and add layer of sliced vegetables and fruits.
  5. Put butter coated chicken on top of the rice, fruits and vegetables layer on the tray.
  6. Preheat the oven to 180C.
  7. Put the tray in the preheated oven for 30 minutes.
  8. Take the Tray out and enjoy the yummiest chicken in the world.




If you Don’t have instant rice then you should prepare rice separately. When rice is ready steam fruits and vegetables for 5 minutes in the oven. Bake chicken separately and place it on top of cooked rice and fruits.

Try to use Organic chicken, fruits and vegetables and select them carefully as you become what you eat. This meal is good for 3-6 persons and you can also use tomato paste or green chilli paste on the side. Eat it fresh because the taste will change if you put it in the fridge.
