6 Layer Cookie Box Brownie Cheesecake Recipe








This 6 layer cookie box brownie cheesecake can easily be declared piece of heaven with Nutella, Oreo, chocolate chip cookie dough, yummy cheese filling and gooey chocolate cookie base.

This is Easy to medium level recipe any one can make at home easily. It requires basic level of skill set.

Can you eat raw flour?


Uncooked flour may be contaminated with various dangerous bacterias, including E.coli.

For health and safety reasons, you should not eat Raw cookie dough.

Raw eggs present a danger of Salmonella, edible cookie dough recipes should not include them.

Baked flour – when making edible cookie dough, you first cook the flour to kill any potential bacteria.


Step by Step Guide

Gooey Chocolate Cookie Recipe


Butter 150 gram

Caster sugar 80 gram

Coco powder  20 gram

Egg 1

Vanilla extract 1tea spoon

Flour 150 gram


Dark Chocolate cookie dough



Add butter, caster sugar, coco powder, egg, vanilla extract and flour in a large size bowl and mix it properly with hand for 5 mins or till the soft gooey mixture is ready.

Pour some flour on baking sheet and place it inside Springform pan and spread the mixture evenly in a disk form touching the edges of the pan.

Pre heat the oven at 180 C. Put the pan in the oven and bake for 10 minutes on 180 C.

While Chocolate cookie is in the over prepare the mixture for Cheese cake layer.



Cheese Cake Layer 


Cream cheese or Philadelphia cheese 200 gram

Caster sugar 150 gram

Egg 3

Vanilla extract 1 tea spoon

Butter 150 gram

Flour 20 gram




Add butter in a large bowl then add caster sugar and whisk properly.

Add cream cheese or Philadelphia cheese and whisk then add egg and mix it, flour and mix it  then vanilla extract.

Take chocolate cookie out of the oven and make a layer of Oreo cookies on top.

Pour the cheese mixture on top of Oreo cookies layer.

Pre heat the oven at 180C and bake it for 20 mins at the same temperature.

While cookie and cheese ingredient is in the oven prepare Chunky cookie dough.




Chocolate chip cookie dough 




Butter 150 gram

Brown sugar  80 grams

Egg 1

Vanilla 1 tea spoon

Pinch of salt

Flour 150 gram

Chocolate chip 60 gram




Add butter in a large bowl and add shakar or brown sugar. I used shakar because I prefer it over brown sugar and mix it well for 1 minute.

Add a pinch of salt and vanilla mix it then add egg and mix it well.

Add flour and mix it till it forms a thick gooey mixture.

Add chocolate chunks or chips of your choice and mix it well.

Put a Plastic sheet on flat tray and spread the mixture out evenly with hands pressing it forming a thick round layer like a disc.

Put it in the refrigerator  for 30 minutes.

Note You can add mint flavoured chocolate too for a different flavour.


Final Preparation

Take the pan out of the oven.

Freeze until the top of the cheesecake is slightly firm, about 30 minutes.

Take both the pans out of the refrigerator and place the frozen cookie dough disk on top.

Tuck in any edges, then bake for 20 minutes at 180 C.

Arrange another layer of Nutella on top of the cookie dough.

Place another layer of Oreo cookies on top of Nutella.

Chill completely, then release the pan. Slice, and serve.
